Resource Data Management (RDM) provides a 24-hour, 7 days a week remote monitoring and management bureau, running our own Active FM software, that will monitor your site around the clock to maximise performance by generating alerts to avoid downtime and errors that can disrupt your operations.

The data can be sent to and from the site as well as sending detailed call sheet, highlighting information around the problem. The whole system is transparent and monitored continuously, allowing the user to view every adjustment and those logging into the system.
